At APG you contribute to creating sound and affordable pensions for current and future generations. We are currently responsible for the administration, asset management and communication for all pensions for employees and employers in the education, construction, cleaning and window cleaning sectors, housing associations, energy and utility companies and the sheltered employment service. This adds up to more than 40,000 employers and approximately 4.5 million employees with combined pension assets of € 436 billion (November 2016).

The workshop simulates the CEO’s headaches of setting health insurance premiums. There will be four teams, each team represents the board at a health insurance company. At the beginning of the game, the market is equally divided. The four insurance companies will set premiums, but beware the lurking black swans! So it’s wise to keep black swan events into consideration while setting the premium. The team that is best able to keep it’s premium the lowest and most stable over the years will become the market leader and wins this game!
